Communication is the key to our success. we use a variety of methods however the most important one is Microsoft Teams so that we can minimise and simplify messages. For example using Teams will reduce/eliminate the need for emails on a topic because they can become cumbersome.
In addition, the use of Teams means that members can keep track on progress of events and projects.
Brian will lead a discussion on our effective ways to connect, communicate and collaborate.
